Hi all,

was wondering if anyone knows why when using the voigtlander 35mm color-skopar lens the lens clicks into place but the silver thing to the right of lens doesn't click in and move like it does for the 90mm summicron I have

Image attached hopefully helps!

Welcome Shanil,

In the M6 user manual, you would see that the lever moves in three positions.

This lever function is to select "other field frame lines" in the viewfinder.

If you push this lever while looking in the VF, you'd see three couples frame lines (28/90, 50/75, 35/135).

It will be "recalled" by a spring to the position "selected automatically" by the mounted lens, in this case 35/135.
