scott kirkpatrick Posted February 17, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 17, 2020 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) The interview with Yosuke Yamane, Director of Panasonic's Imaging Business Division, over at DPReview: https://www.dpreview.com/interviews/4997384936/panasonic-interview-if-we-stay-united-i-think-we-will-survive is worth a read. TL;DRs are Panasonic will stick with M4/3 and L-Mount full frame. Why cannibalize? But it sounds as if they will be bringing out less expensive and smaller cameras and lenses. He also hints that there could be more L-Mount Alliance members in the future. Ricoh? (It's Leica's call, not his.) No APS-C products in the offing. Current topics under discussion within the alliance include passing more information through the mount specification.
