I'll give it a try.  Here's what improvements are reported:

Camera FW 3.7 Compatibility with existing and upcoming lenses from L-Mount Alliance partners

 Improvement on compatibility with lenses that are equipped with a focus limiter switch.

 Improvement on compatibility with lenses that are equipped with an O.I.S. mode switch.

 Improvement on compatibility with lenses that are equipped with an aperture ring.

 Improvement on shutter lag in bright situations.

 Adapters firmware version is now shown in camera menu.

 Further improvement on compatibility with existing and upcoming lenses from L-Mount Alliance partners. Video performance

 Improved L-Log, which contains the latest developments on video post-production. Thus, SL and SL2 can be used with the same L-Log.

Hope we'll see some of these in the SL2 upgrade promised for early 2020 as well.

Edit:  Down, installed, works fine.  Haven't tried video, don't have non-Leica L lenses, but used it with an R lens.

Attached is a quick screenshot from DaVinci 16 of SL601 video I recorded using my Atomos Shogun Inferno, and DaVinci's "automatic color grading". Video settings were UHD 24/fps L-Log.
