I use a Voigtlander 35mm viewfinder (fits in the hot shoe) that I bought used. I don't think they're manufactured anymore, so I would start visiting shops that have a decent selection of used gear. It's not in the optical chain, so if you find one that's cracked or beat up, you can save some money.

There is a Leica Brightline finder for X1/X2 on MPB.com ,stock number is SKU:929384. I have purchased through MPB and they are very good and reliable.  Open up the main page and search by "brand" and you should see it there or just search for the stock number.

Full disclosure, I have no affiliation with MPB, just a satisfied customer.

I originally purchased the Brightline finder for my X2 but the later swapped it out for the electronic finder like you. I like the fact you can see the focus points etc. when using it.

I love using the X-Vario and X2 as they are basic and simple to use and kinda takes me back to my film days LOL.
