Coming from a GH5 this little device is really amazing in terms of compactness and usability in the field. Leica hasn't stated wether the hot shoe offers additional contacts to support audio, so someone will need to test this to confirm. Im going to assume the answer is no, since Leica doesn't offer a version of the same adapter...but hopefully this is not the case.
Advertisement Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 Hi digitalfx, Take a look here [SL2] Cine Mode. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!

I have my "Cine-4k-24 Profile" set up for L-LOG and both the EVF and LCD display the image in LOG color space which make it difficult to focus and judge exposure. Can we view REC-709 or a LUT in the EVF while recording L-LOG? Â Hi all, has anyone here had any experience? I was also wondering if it's possible. digitalfx Posted January 13, 2020 Author Share #23  Posted January 13, 2020 Its not possible with current FW on SL2 EVF or LCD, although you can use an external monitor that supports LUTs

I accidentally keep ending up in slow motion when I view my files after family events lol!  Looks great but just not what I had in mind.  Thank you!  But also, mp4 in natural mode, 60fps, and 1080 looks great on the iPhone.  I think it maxes out the iPhone display resolution too.  Thanks! You cant accidentally end up with slo-mo. You either select the correct frame rate or you don't...its not something thats changed during recording. Yes I was often trying diff video settings, so during one event I’ll would try two or three of them.  I’m not sure which one slow motion is, so I’ve been hesitant to try new ones now and I’m only staying on mp4, 1080p, 60fps, etc.  I’m not claiming the camera bugged out, I’m just asking which setting is slow motion.  So I can avoid it until I find the need for it! Thanks! If I had battery and space, I would like to use C4k, 4:2:0, MOV (I think).  I’m not a videographer, I’m barely a photographer! Edited January 18, 2020 by NRKstudio
digitalfx Posted January 18, 2020 Author Share #28  Posted January 18, 2020 depending on where you live 24/25/30 are "normal" speed...anything faster (60) is "slow-mo" assuming its played back in a 24/25/30 timeline. Most filmmakers in the US shoot at 24fps and 60 would be considered slow...but its relative to how you deliver the final results.  And I would suggest 4:2:2 if you plan on playing with color correction in post
