I apologize if this is already posted. Despite Blackstone being Blackstone (but I've seen him a lot worse), this is a really interesting and informative interview.

I interviewed for creative director of the advertising department of a major corporation. When I catalogued the eleven verbal and gestural mannerisms that make up every Hugh Brownstone video shtick, I got the job. (Okay, perhaps my great portfolio of SL images helped.) 😉
