andybarton Posted October 26, 2019 Share #1 Posted October 26, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) Brooklyn. Hundreds of tourists cross the Brooklyn Bridge every day and most seem to drop down and take this photograph. It's like going to London and taking a photograph of a guard at Buckingham Palace. Advertisement Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 Hi andybarton, Take a look here DUMBO cliché . I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
A miller Posted October 27, 2019 Share #2 Posted October 27, 2019 Nice souvenir, Andy. If you would have contacted me and had me host you for a while I would have guided you to walk back a bit more as you had plenty of headroom and the more you walk back the large the ESB gets inside the MB. I also could have shooed away those annoying people who are photobombing you 😂 Maybe next time. Don't be shy.
andybarton Posted October 27, 2019 Author Share #3 Posted October 27, 2019 Adam Souvenirs are what I take, so no problem there. I have plenty of other versions of this shot, from all the way down the hill and with each of the three lenses that I have. This is the best of the bunch. rsolomon Posted October 28, 2019 Share #4 Posted October 28, 2019 Its a great shot, just FYI .... that is not the Brooklyn Bridge but the Manhattan Bridge - they are near each other and both go to the DUMBO area 1
