Ivar B Posted September 24, 2019 Share #1 Posted September 24, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) Has anybody tested out this lens on Leica CL? I believe the equivalent 35mm magnification will be about 100 - 300mm, so it should also be good for some wildlife. I already own the 55-135 for the CL, and the 70-200 is in the mail to be delivered. It could possibly replace the 55-135.

erudolph Posted September 24, 2019 Share #2 Posted September 24, 2019 Hi Ivar, I've used this lens quite a bit on the CL and have photographed birds with it. You can see images here and here and here. I believe both of the bird images were shot with this 70-200 plus STC2 2x teleconverter. The two images attached to this post were shot with the lens alone and both are cropped to approximately 1/4 frame. Welcome, dear visitor!
