My wife doesn’t want to handle DSLR with it’s huge lens for family pictures taken at home.

I would like C-Lux as camera I could take for walk with our daughter and my wife likes long reach lenses to take wild life pictures we have in the back of our house.

C-Lux also attracts me by close to my M-E exterior colours :)

But I’m not sure if C-Lux could get sharp environmental portraits indoors under not ideal light. It is then shutter needs to be 1/125 at least to avoid motion blur on hands.

Hopefully fill in flash does the job.

We keep those family pictures as slide show on 24 inch screen and print sometimes on Letter size maximum.

Anyone with experience?

I had one. I was not impressed by the image quality, nor was I sorry when it dropped on the floor and broke. I took the insurance money and did not purchase another. Why don't you get her a TL?

I still have the C Typ 112 and was tempted but did a little research and did not get the C-Lux. I will send you a PM. Jaap's proposal is interesting.

Best

I was looking for P&S. I went for m43 instead. I could buy five lenses for the price of one TL lens. :)  Already have two new for under 200$.
