BXL Gotham Posted September 2, 2019 Share #1 Posted September 2, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) The tolerance on the flash piece that’s supposed to slide into the hit show is apparently flawed on one corner and attempting to slide it in has now scuffed the outer part of the show. $500 for a flash that’s worth $125, and it. It only doesn’t work but has damaged the new camera cosmetically. Nice work Leica.
Advertisement Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Hi BXL Gotham, Take a look here Brand new SF-26 flash won’t attach to Q2. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Leica Guy Posted September 2, 2019 Share #2 Posted September 2, 2019 Bummer. Return it and get an SF-40.
jaapv Posted September 2, 2019 Share #3 Posted September 2, 2019 Exactly. The SF 26 isn't worth the money. Not even Leica money. Since Metz has become a hand-me-down company, their products have slipped.

lykaman Posted September 2, 2019 Share #5 Posted September 2, 2019 Better still, Ask Leica to replace the scuffed parts, it was their poor design that initiated the problem.. L
