I think it's a good landscape camera, just got back from a trip to Australia where I used mine extensively for this. It has some drawbacks, but I think those are outweighed by the positives by a wide margin. (Perhaps the biggest drawback, since it's on the top of my head, is that at higher brightness levels the preview image shows highlights as blocked, contradicting the histogram.)

Thanks, Daniel. It prints nicely on A3, too. I doubt the detail in the skyline would have survived even the most sophisticated AA filters.

John's shots from Scotland are the best I've seen since the preview of the new Ansel Adams show at the Corcoran in Washington. Just lovely.
