Easily done - I was first on the train during a quiet day.. (for interest, you can see the guard at the very end of the train, standing slightly to the right, waiting to bring in more cars).

Thank you, Robert, for the explanation. I did like your wonderfully understated "...a quiet day...".

I don't know what I've been doing wrong but we have used the Eurotunnel countless dozens of times yet I've never once seen the terminus anything other than 'Packed!'.

I'd love to know your secret  as far as quiet times are concerned but not here where others might be watching and taking notes!

Here's hoping we can all look forward to a time where we can all use it the way we have been able to do in the remarkably recent past.
