for this use the Q is brilliant - Q2 even better because of greater cropping flexibility.

Looking at adding the Q2 to my outfit. I was going to get the APO-Summicron 50mm in L-mount for my Panasonic S1 but figured that the Q2 is a lot lighter and more flexible for the type of documentary photography work which I do.

Fun to read this back after almost two years. Ended up buying a brand new Q (last produced one) in November of 2019. Sold it yesterday and got into the M system! Once you go Leica....

Will you be getting the 28mm Summilux M ?  Fabulous lens.
