An old gold & silver mining town from the late 1880s, which had as many as 2500 inhabitants............ until the metals ran out. Technically, not a real ghost town, since a few diehards still live there in the warm time of the year, but services are few and quite far between.............not to mention 26 miles of nasty gravel on the only access road into the place..
