I love this series and agree that there is a sense of "ominous poignancy" (FHPdoc)....For me there is a certain "folorn-ess" as-it-were in these somewhat marginal structures which is emphasised by your "eye". As an architect I find myself often drawn to the "un-designed" design of these kind of elements when it goes beyond the merely utilitarian. I noticed for this image in the series you called out the lens used - but not on the others. There appears sometimes to be almost physical vignetting rather than just fall-off on a couple of frames and maybe some "red edge" and I wondered if you would mind sharing what other lenses you were using?... The lonesome bus shelters have attracted my attention when I go out to shoot some photos in rural areas. I think they could be very eye catching. The "folorn-ess" is a perfect description of what I feel sometimes at this lost locations. The physicall vignetting comes from a filter on the Zeiss Biogon 28mm/2.8.
