That's the problem with this internet thing, you "normally" only hear the bad sides.

My experience with Leica Customer Service has been nothing but exemplary.

Good to hear this is still the case.

Parts arrived free of charge...battery clip fixed in 30 seconds and trim ring installed and Crap auto-lenscap binned!   Well done Leica UK...fabulous service !

I agree, the shop at Leica New Jersey has always treated me fairly, courteously with my checking-in, and done their best to get me out the door quickly so to speak. I like my RX1R lots but worry if I should ever need to service the thing!
