Is that the original downloaded file;  or the 4th version of the download? If the latter, that is the reason for failure to upgrade.

Delete all extra symbols from firmware file name. The name should look like Q116_31.quf

That is if you're trying to update a "Q" and not a "Q2"  the Q116 file is for the original Q.

Thank you very much for the advise. Once I recorded the Q116 withouth the number version (4) it woeked,

You are right, but the main idea is “remove all extra symbols from file name”..
