I appear to be trapped in an endless email address / password loop. In trying to escape the loop, I have, thus far, three case-numbers, but no human in sight. I downloaded the 30-day trial version of C1 only to discover that my Mac OS El Capitan won't run Capture One 12. Then I went to App Store and see if I could download an upgrade to my Mac OS ...
