So Leica T,TL,TL2 cant use Panasonic and Sigma new L mount lens?

Where is your evidence?  T-cameras share the common L-mount.

There was no firmware update for T/TL and TL2 when there was a update for CL and SL.

No update for those cameras but CL/SL got an update to use them.

That shouldn't stop you using the lenses but I can see it would be better if non-Leica lenses were recognised. I am sure firmware will be produced by Leica in time..

 I need some answers because I'm not going to pre-order sigma lens if they don't work on the T cameras.  It just seems odd no firmware update for them yet.

In which case, I suggest you have a chat with your Leica dealer tomorrow. Although, having said that, my feeling is that not all Leica dealers will be stocking non-Leica lenses. But Leica Germany should know the plans for future firmware updates insofar as T models are concerned. Contact them direct.

From what I remember, Sigma will offer a few of their aps-c lenses in TL mount, like the 30mm f1.4 (for m43 and Sony FE). This suggests that they are intended to be used with TL-mount cameras like the CL and hopefully the TL.

Huh? I went to a Panasonic event here in Cleveland and shot a few of the new Panasonic lenses on my TL2. Everything worked fine. AF was reasonably fast and accurate.   I also used my 18-56 on the new Panasonic Mirrorless (it limits the MP to around 10PM). Everything worked fine. I can’t speak for Sigma yet because I haven’t tried it.
