Why the Q is so great ?

Because of its Summilux-Q 28mm f/1,7 . 

You are typically craving after 85mm f/1.2 or 105mm f/1.4 .

But in real world large aperture tele lens, is not that important. Even at f/2.8 (APS-C) or f/4 (24x36) , you will get nice thin depth of field and beautiful bokeh. With very large aperture, you will get nothing in focus, except eyelashes maybe ? 

However a large aperture wide angle lens is the thing that you really need to stand out of the crowd.

With a typical wide f/2.8-4, most of the scene will be in focus. Not something very different from your 28mm equivalent everything in focus smartphone, right ? The Q prevents that, by offering you thin depth of field and gorgeous bokeh. Combined with much loved 28mm angle of view.

 

To sum up, buy the largest aperture wide angle lens : such as Summilux-M 21 ; 24 ; 28 ; Q or Q2

And just stick to moderate long lenses : Summarit-M 75 ; 90 or APO-Vario-Elmar-TL 55-135mm

You are making a false assumption that everyone craves for a fast telephoto just for the sake of shallow DOF.  Depth of field is determined by aperture, focal length and distance from the subject. Many folks purchase large aperture telephoto's for the light gathering. Aperture also controls strobe power in studio settings, providing creative possibilities to the photographer. While I agree with your premise that the Summilux on the Q is special, you are grossly oversimplifying the need for fast telephoto lenses.
