Malo1961 Posted July 30, 2007 Share #22 Posted July 30, 2007 These are the kind of pictures that makes me humble. Not only of the power nature can produce, but also of the power of seeing (the eye of the photographer). Thanks for showing us this beauty Andy. Martin. andybarton Posted July 31, 2007 Author Share #26 Posted July 31, 2007 Thanks again, guys. Someone asked whether this was a stitch-up job, but, in this case, it's handheld, straight from the 28.
stunsworth Posted July 31, 2007 Share #27 Posted July 31, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) As the person who printed this at A2 for Andy, I'd just like to say that the detail held in the Tiff he produced from the original DNG file was outstanding. Anyone who thinks that digital can't produce outstanding results is very, very mistaken given the evidence of this image. B&W printed on the Epson 3800 looks different to a wet print, but it has a beauty all of its own.
