Willockboy Posted March 10, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 10, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) My M10, in the preview at the back of the camera, states that every frame has been taken at an ISO of 1600. This is reiterated by Photoshop when the files have been imported. This is despite checking the menu Auto ISO settings and changing the ISO top dial to various test settings (M, A, 100 etc). The camera is used with Leica lens (50mm f2 APO Summicron and 90mm f2 Summicron ASPH). Any thoughts?
Advertisement Posted March 10, 2019 Posted March 10, 2019 Hi Willockboy, Take a look here M10 states shows every frame at an ISO of 1600. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
a.noctilux Posted March 10, 2019 Share #2 Posted March 10, 2019 Some reported the ISO dial not coupling anymore to the electronic behind. In this case, the M10 's ISO stuck to only one ISO as here 1600 ISO. Like here and other threads on "not be able changing ISO setting"

Is it actually stuck at ISO 1600 or is it just showing that value?
Willockboy Posted March 10, 2019 Author Share #4 Posted March 10, 2019 Many thanks for your replies. I can move the ISO dial OK but the camera still reports that it has used ISO 1600. In the ISO menu it states that 3200 has been set? If I change the ISO dial manually, the shutter speed will change, as if the camera is doing what it should be doing. All very strange.
