stunsworth Posted July 22, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 22, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Ravenglass in Cumbria at low tide. This part of the coast just south of the Scottish border is one that I don't know at all. This is a lovely small town. Technically I'm not sure if this is a beach as the town appears to sit on a very wide estuary. M8, 24mm Elmarit

JE Posted July 23, 2007 Share #2 Posted July 23, 2007 Steve, Great atmosphere and composition...the two posts and the lower one's shadow create a nicely abstract frame for the boat...Seems like a beautiful place. JE
Tony C. Posted July 23, 2007 Share #3 Posted July 23, 2007 Very nice, Steve. And, I might add, a very nice advertisement for the 24mm perspective on the M8. I'm currently waffling between that and a 28mm. Hmmm... Regards, Tony C.
stunsworth Posted July 23, 2007 Author Share #4 Posted July 23, 2007 Thanks guys. Tony it's a difficult call. I already have the VOigtlander 28mm Ultron. But the lens combination I use most are Leica 24mm/35mm/75mm. This covers 90% of everything I shoot. The 24mm is an outstanding lens and I've been very pleased with it. I think you'll be happy with either.
