Half Case for M8/M9 with Leica Hand Grip Attached

Would anyone know of a leather half case for the M8/M9 that fits when the Leica Hand Grip is attached. I like the extra hand hold space of the grip over the smaller grips integrated into some cases. I used to own an X2 and Leica made a case (for the X1 actually) that slipped over the bottom half of the camera leaving the grip exposed.

Artisan and Artist used to make one but they were long discontinued.  

It is a nice case but it makes the camera far too big and heavy.
