Makes sense. I sure hope it's not $6K.

True, but having a fixed lens bends reasonability a bit once you hit the $6K mark.

I had contacted  them a few week ago saying that was interested and the emailed me this morning saying one is on it's way but I really feel that I can't justify this price at the moment

I bought the Q on Day1 in 2015 for £2,900. It is still listed at £3,700 and the Q2 is £4,250. 

So for long-time Q users it's more the drift up in the price of the Q than a quite modest increase of £550 from Q to Q2
