Guest Posted October 28, 2018 Share #1 Posted October 28, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) Okay so I have found the Bulb function, is there a way to set a 45 or 63 second exposure without having to use a cable release to self time it in Bulb.........without it you will end up shaking the camera?? Advertisement Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Hi Guest, Take a look here how do you take a 45 second shot with M10. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
a.noctilux Posted October 28, 2018 Share #2 Posted October 28, 2018 Neil, the longest exposure time can be set to 60s with 800 ISO or less. Set to "B", then push the front button (focus) for more than 2s... look at the LCD, you can set the time exposure with the direction pads or wheel as you like 45s or 60s for example. jeff_m Posted November 2, 2018 Share #4 Posted November 2, 2018 Also In conjunction with the self-timer, a T function is also available: If both B is set and the self-timer is activated by pressing the shutter button, the shutter opens automatically after the selected delay time. It then remains open until you press the shutter button a second time – you do not need to hold the button down. This en-ables you to largely prevent any blurring, even with long exposures, by pressing the shutter button. In all cases, the exposure meter is disabled; after the shutter is released however, the digital display in the viewfinder counts the elapsed exposure time in seconds, for guidance. You also get a timer. 1
