Advertisement Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Hi kepstein, Take a look here Foto App and IOS. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Aliturk Posted October 27, 2018 Share #2 Posted October 27, 2018 Yes they do. With this app, the DNG file downloads. If you edit in the IOS photo app it seems to delete the DNG and create a jpeg when you press 'done'
M11 for me Posted October 27, 2018 Share #3 Posted October 27, 2018 No they don‘t unless you actively download them. Then they reside in the app and you can do whatever you like with them. That contradicts the post of Aliturk but I think that I am right . . .
jeff_m Posted October 27, 2018 Share #4 Posted October 27, 2018 The images are downloaded to the Fotos app and then the can be edited in iOS Photos or Lightroom Mobile or a collection of similar apps. They can be acquired as jpg or dng files. I used the previous Leica app for WiFi a great deal and like the Fotos app a lot better.

The O/P's question was about importing images using the Fotos App. "actively downloading them" is the same as importing.
