TRIago Posted September 22, 2018 Share #1 Posted September 22, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I’ve looked everywhere and found a lot of old posts about this subject. But since this is 2018 and hopefully things have been improved on this, is anyone able to use the M9 tethered to an iMac? Not using “hot folders” or simulating windows on the Mac. I’m looking to buy a Nikon for a studio personal project I have but since I already have the M9 and love it’s files and also it’s handling, would I be able to use it tethered just as I’d with a Nikon? It’s a personal project on Food Photography so having the camera connected to the computer all the time would help me a lot. Tips? Thanks

jdlaing Posted September 22, 2018 Share #2 Posted September 22, 2018 If memory serves it could be done with Capture One running on a Mac.
vinicio Posted September 22, 2018 Share #3 Posted September 22, 2018 I used this configuration for a long time: Mac book pro + Aperture + M9 directly connected OS Capitan
antigallican Posted September 22, 2018 Share #4 Posted September 22, 2018 If memory serves it could be done with Capture One running on a Mac. I do this to copy paintings. It works fine. If it’s just a one off you could get the C1 trial and use that.
