onasj Posted August 31, 2018 Share #1 Posted August 31, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I noticed that the WiFi / Create WLAN mode seems to forget my password and reset it to *RANDOM* wherever I turn off the M10-P. Even loading a User Profile does not seem to fix the problem—the WLAN password is reset to *RANDOM*. Are other M10-P owners also experiencing this bug? Thank you. Advertisement Posted August 31, 2018 Posted August 31, 2018 Hi onasj, Take a look here Possible M10-P bug?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
SiOnara Posted September 1, 2018 Share #2 Posted September 1, 2018 I've not noticed that as yet. Will look out for it.
onasj Posted September 1, 2018 Author Share #3 Posted September 1, 2018 I've not noticed that as yet. Will look out for it. Thanks! Please let me know. It's very easy to test-- WiFi>Create WLAN>Setup>Password, then turn off the camera, turn it on, and check if it forgot the password. My M10 definitely remembered the Create WLAN WiFi password, and my M10-P does remember the JOIN WLAN WiFi passwords, but it does not remember the one for the network it creates. SiOnara Posted September 1, 2018 Share #4 Posted September 1, 2018 Yes. Mine has forgotten the password too. Setup with password. Connected fine. Turned camera off and back on. Checked and password reset to RANDOM. Wouldn't connect.

jonoslack Posted September 1, 2018 Share #6 Posted September 1, 2018 I'm pretty sure there will be an update to this quite soon. FWIW - in the meantime just use *RANDOM* it's as good as most passwords!

Fedro Posted September 10, 2018 Share #8 Posted September 10, 2018 I have noticed something else, which I am wondering if it is a bug, or just a problem that I have run into just myself When I have the camera on Aperture priority, when increasing (or decreasing) the amount of light, instead of going from 15 to 24 and then 30, the meter goes from 15 to 24, then 25 (!) and eventually 30 Same thing the other way around Has anyone else experienced something similar?
