If your application is to apply fill-in light via OCF way on focal length no longer than 50mm. The simplest & cheapest way is to connect your flash off camera via a Nikon compatible cord while you shoot. You can hold the camera with your right hand and flash in left and typically reduce your flash power by -0.2EV for a more natural fill light on your subject. As M10 require both hands to manually focus, you can get a simple selfie stick with a wrist strap to lock your flash on your left hand while you focus before the shoot.

Alternatively there is a low cost Q20 Manual Flash with a Guide number of 20 which can go off camera with a very compact trigger which you can adjust the flash intensity from the remote trigger for convenience and it is low cost. But the GN20 is kind of limited in range.

For a mobile and flexible set up, I mounted two SF60s on an extendable boom stick (up to 1.6m) as my off camera flash set up as shown below.

The following pics is an example of using the twin flash mobile OCF set up I’ve described above as you can see in the subjects’ twin light reflection in the eyes.
