Thanks for commenting.  It is actually Monarda a genus of flowering plants in the mint family, Lamiaceae.[3] The genus is endemic to North America.[2][4] Common names include bee balm, horsemint, oswego tea, and bergamot.  I had to look the info up.  My wife knew it as bee balm and then it was a simple google.  Left to my own devices my answer to your question would have been "Ah...Maybe"
