Your nice pictures cover well what has been done today with the remnants of the past. For people like me who has frequented the "wall" a few times in my youth , going back and forth to the "East" with my Berliner Uncle, through the S-bahn or just the gates,  what is left today is only a faint echo of an everyday's terrible "normality". Such normality exists today in other places in the world and probably more is to come despite all these efforts that your pictures describe so well. On the other side, I was also there one day where the tickling of wall breaking hammers were making a nice springlike sound all over the city in front of the eyes of the indifferent VOpOs. Thanks for bringing this up in the forum.
