The wine's so expensive in these parts they have to keep it behind bars - which in a way is the right place for it to be! Hostellerie des Clos in Chablis is, to my mind, a nearly perfect place to stay: a comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel sitting on top of a truly superb restaurant. Lovely photo, though.
