dkCambridgeshire Posted June 1, 2018 Share #3 Posted June 1, 2018 The Kiron 105mm Macro lens has an excellent reputation. A Google search will provide links documenting same. These images demonstrate that photographers do not have to spend e.g. £1000 plus to obtain a good macro lens. The Kiron lens was also 'badged ' with other brand names e.g. Vivitar. And don't forget the Leica R 60mm Macro Elmarit which can be purchased for c.£300 which will also enable excellent close-up images of comparable quality to those of the Leica TL AF 60mm Macro Elmarit costing c.£1900. dunk
JhonBosch Posted June 2, 2018 Author Share #4 Posted June 2, 2018 Sure, I've had Leica's 100mm APO Macro, good but very expensive, it's not worth the difference.100mm APO Macro + duplicator. This Kiron lens is excellent and much cheaper, and they are only 6 crystals.
