In case anyone's looking for the rare and exceptional 280/4 APO-Telyt-R then forum member IvarB is selling one at a very reasonable price on the forum's Buy and Sell pages here.

 

For full disclosure I have no interest in the lens or connection to it and have never met Ivar although I know from others whom I would trust that he is a thoroughly reputable gentleman.  I suppose I'd just like to help the lens find a good home.  If I didn't already have one I'd be interested.

They do come up from time to time. Our Forum friends at Red Dot have a ROM version, but, as dealers, inevitably at a significant premium over Ivar's extremely reasonable price!
