onasj Posted March 31, 2018 Share #1  Posted March 31, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) 13 episodes of fairly lengthy interviews and some tour footage, including these two episodes on lens design and manufacturing:    The other episodes can be found on the LL YouTube channel connected to these videos. It’s interesting and illuminating, if slightly long-winded and fan boy-ish, information.  Enjoy!

sml_photo Posted April 4, 2018 Share #4  Posted April 4, 2018 (edited) It’s interesting and illuminating, if slightly long-winded and fan boy-ish, information. I don't think the videos are particularly fan boy-ish.  I don't even think the interviewer even uses a Leica camera. He just seems in awe of their spirit, commitment, and efficiency at the facility. I think anyone would feel that way!! But he experiments a lot and loves cameras and related gear. It’s just his enthusiastic personality. He’s also smarter than his ‘goofiness’ sometimes suggests, having been an exec at Phase.  Jeff
