EVF brightness and AF center point

I'm curious if one can adjust the brightness on the EVF and center the AF recticle with a push of the center button on the control pad? Sometimes in bright snow the increase in brightness would be helpful when determine exposure. Thank you.

There doesn't appear to be any shortcut to center the AF point.

There is no AF mode under the Fn button, so I guess there is no way to center the AF. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I mistakenly moved the AF target all the way to one side. In bright sunlight this isn't so obvious through the EVF, but if I could increase the brightness, it might be useful.

Ok, found the AF mode, so will add it to the Fn. Thanks.
