juksu Posted February 18, 2018 Share #1 Â Posted February 18, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello! Â I bought old Elmarit-M 21mm 2.8 from local shop. Later i noticed, that it's possible to unscrew the front part of the lense so that aperture ring turns with the front element. Is it normal or is there some screws missing? Should i be concerned about it? Â Cheers, Jukka

jdlaing Posted February 18, 2018 Share #4  Posted February 18, 2018 I don’t think there are screws missing. Just make sure the front section is snugly tightened and it should be fine.  When tightened the aperture ring should move without the front section moving.
