wlaidlaw Posted July 5, 2007 Share #22 Posted July 5, 2007 Wilson, I'd be astounded if they weren't supply illegal versions of the software at those prices Steve, I just can't believe that a US based company could stay in business for the length of time they have been around, if they were supplying illegal software. Knowing how hot the major manufacturers are about software piracy, if it was not legit, they would be all over them like a rash. I think they are an OEM software supplier, who does downloads as a sideline. Of course you get no box, manual, CD/DVD's, support or upgrades. The price is not that dramatically different to the educational versions and from what I recall of the discounts I used to get buying bulk licences of Office/Windows etc, this supplier's price is about the same as the 250 - 1,000 user bulk licence purchase price. carstenw Posted July 5, 2007 Share #23 Posted July 5, 2007 Well, it is interesting anyway. If they deliver and you can register, I will probably give it a shot.
