is the name of a typical meal in Nice, french riviera, it is made with chickpeas floor, water and olive oil mixed and poured on a large circular warmed stained copper large plate and slowly cooked in an oven heated by burning little pieces of white wood.

Next served in slices and usually powdered with some black pepper.

It was part of our lunch yesterday. To be tried if you visit Nice, ask for Pipo restaurant.
