A question for you that use the SL for video.

The joystick function to select/move focus point, in Auto focus- as well as in Manual focus mode (pre selecting) is that not available in Video mode?

I can not find anything in the Manual, or by trying different settings.

In video, using TL lenses for 4K capture, I set the lens for manual focus but get autofocus by pressing the joystick (back button focus) and it focuses on the object under the cross-hairs, which move around in the frame.  So the joystick is active.  However, I don't believe focus magnification is available during video operation.  Dan't have the camera with me at the moment.

Thank's for the reply.

I have now find the problem, and it's depending on a functional choice made by Leica (or maybe a bug).

In photo mode I always have the histogram visible in the finder for exposer control, with the full function of the Joystick. In video mode the Joystick function is changed if the histogram is visible. In that case the joystick movement left, right up and down control the microphone, but I can still focus by pressing the joystick. If hiding the histogram the joystick have it's full function of controlling the focus point. In my opinion a strange choice from Leica, but anyway, now I know how it works.
