stuny Posted July 3, 2007 Share #4 Posted July 3, 2007 Al - I agree with Marcos, and want to add that I like the exotic, other-worldly feel to this.
steve kessel Posted July 3, 2007 Share #5 Posted July 3, 2007 Al Wow! I'm hugely impressed. Lovely capture. Makes me want to go out and shoot wet plants. We're certainly getting lots of rain here in London. I'd be interested in what magnification your lens was at and how close you were. Thanks for sharing. Steve. albert Posted July 3, 2007 Author Share #6 Posted July 3, 2007 Thank you Stuart & Steve, Steve: It was shot in 3:2 aspect at 28mm equivalent. The manual focus was joy-sticked down to the max......by continuing to keep the joy stick engaged and slightly moving the camera back and forth a bit.......PRESTO ! .......Although in my case a few tries are needed because I can't see as well as I used to......Al

beramos Posted July 3, 2007 Share #10 Posted July 3, 2007 And.......That is a REAL raindrop from Mother Nature that placed itself in that little valley and that is a superb image. I like much the contrast between the drop of water and the color of the leaf. Very well seen and captured. I like it much. Cheers.
