Advertisement Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 Hi RQ44, Take a look here How often do you run into other Leica users?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
nf3996 Posted June 16 Share #102 Posted June 16 Yesterday, while visiting my local heritage railway with my Leica III and 5cm Summar for a '1940s' event, I had an interesting conversation with another photographer there. He was photographing with an M10 (and also a Yashica TLR). Although I've previously been approached by people intrigued by my 'old camera', this was the first time the other person was also a Leica user. JNK100 Posted June 16 Share #103 Posted June 16 Apart from nearby to Leica stores, I occasionally see Q's and M's. I see other Leica cameras rarely. The last I saw was a chap with a Q3 who placed it on his table in a cafe without a bag (to disguise it) and I thought of warning him.how.eaay it would be for someone to grab it and run as he was distracted by his children. pgh Posted August 10 Share #105 Posted August 10 (edited) Sometimes I see them when I’m visiting wealthy or touristy areas. Or wealthy touristy areas. Around others in the industry, very rarely. And most of the rest of the time also very rarely. Edited August 10 by pgh
