delander † Posted July 1, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 1, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) M8 with 50mm Summicron, probably f5.6. Although taken at 1/1500 the bee's wings are a complete blur. Rather amazing don't you think?

luigi bertolotti Posted July 1, 2007 Share #5 Posted July 1, 2007 Impressiv the perfection of focusing...and is it a crop ? Seems taken with a macro outfit... and suppose it isn't the old DR Summicron..

delander † Posted July 2, 2007 Author Share #7 Posted July 2, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thanks for the nice comments. It is about ¼ of the frame so not macro. It is the current 50mm Summicron. Here is another one taken 3 seconds later 'Bee landed' I find it difficult to focus with the rangefinder on a complex shape in good light at this distance so at least from that point of view I am pleased with these.
