Corrosion sensor leica M9-P, is possible upgrade for M 10?

To my understanding, no.

Only upgrades possible at the moment are M(240) and M(262).

But you can always try to strike a deal with your camera store.

It couldn't hurt to talk to Leica and ask if they would make an exception, and will not be revealed to anyone, ever :-)

 

I traded for an SL several months ago, I believe it is an option presently.

Many are using the SL with M lenses and have reported positively, the accuracy and ease of focus at maximum aperture often cited.  It is a different experience than a rangefinder, familiarization with the evf takes a little time.  The menu system is more comprehensive, once learned it is among the best.  Leica offers a test drive, if available from your dealer it is worthwhile.
