TDR Posted November 18, 2017 Share #1 Posted November 18, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) The top line of the viewfinder display, EVF and LCD, has disappeared on my Q. I can't check on the battery level, autofocus mode, white balance or the other items that usually show up at the top of the screen when taking a picture. Have I inadvertently changed a setting? Or is it something else? I'm using firmware 2.0. Tim

uffehagen Posted November 18, 2017 Share #2 Posted November 18, 2017 you might have pressed the center button in the 'joystick' just right to the display. In liveview that cycles between different display modes
TDR Posted November 18, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted November 18, 2017 Indeed. It was the button on the joy stick. I can't remember what all these buttons do. Thank you. Tim
falcon468 Posted November 19, 2017 Share #4 Posted November 19, 2017 Same thing happened to me. I reached out to the forum as opposed to going through what would appear to be 6,000 pages of instructions. I had an answer in minutes. What I know is most everybody here is smart, good natured and will give you a lot of rope. They need it for me at least!
