I will be in Manhattan on December 26th with no fixed plans. I have mentioned this elsewhere and a couple of people have expressed an interest in meeting.

Would anyone be interested in getting together that day?

Activities would obviously be highly dependent on weather but I'm sure we could find something to do in New York whether raining, snowing or a heat wave.

Hello Mike,

26 Dec 17 is quietly approaching.

What are your thoughts?

Too bad Steve can't be here.

Any chance of your being around Adrian?

Best Regards,

Michael

Waiting with bated breath for answers. :)

I'll be there with my TYP 109 and my M2, I'm also contemplating hauling the Pentax 67 along. :)

Hello Mike,

Well, it looks like its you & me kid*

I think it is time to do some planning.

You are the visitor & I am the more or less local person. What would you like to do?

There is the whole City to choose from in all of its multiplicity. Or there is the small village of no specific renown that I live in that is reasonably nearby. Or there are also alternatives that you might like to choose.

What do you think?

Best Regards,

Michael

* Actually, Someone else said that before I did.

I think Manhattan and close areas on this occasion, I would rather visit your village when the weather is a little warmer, I do want to in the future though.

As for what to do? We're staying in midtown, right off Park Avenue, although I have been to New York many times I really only know the tourist areas, I'd love to get off the beaten track for photography and food.
