With a half press of the shutter release button, the image meters properly in the viewfinder, but when I complete the button press the metering suddenly changes, usually resulting in a *very* dark photo (marked underexposure). Prior to these two weeks, I had not had any problem with metering on this camera. I have triple checked my settings, and I am sure it is not user error. I can work around it by setting aperture, shutter speed, and ISO manually. Â Has anyone had this sort of problem with a D2? Does this have anything to do with an impending sensor failure?
