lpeeples Posted August 24, 2017 Share #1 Â Posted August 24, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) When I Â have the evf active in the viewfinder only, I can't see a image review automatically after taking a shot unless I hit the button. Â If I set it to have the LCD on the back active when I take my eye away, it works. Â Is there a way to do the image review? Â

thighslapper Posted August 24, 2017 Share #2  Posted August 24, 2017 Correct ..... it disables auto- review irrespective of what settings you have in the menu option.  I cannot recall whether this was always the case before f/w 3.0 as I never have EVF only set on the camera..... maybe a bug .... maybe it was always that way .... I think this has been mentioned before recently so it is probably only post 3.0  ***  .... I can't think of a lot of reasons why I would set EVF only ..... except possibly covert surveillance at night to keep myself hidden .... are you in the FBI ?   *** see....https://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/271555-preview-image-not-working/?do=findComment&comment=3341858
scott kirkpatrick Posted August 25, 2017 Share #3 Â Posted August 25, 2017 I don't recall either, as I have auto-review set off. Â I see that Godfrey has posted it for checking the next time a firmware upgrade is under consideration. Â As for reasons to keep the camera dark (and quiet), any theater or classical music work would qualify. Â Â scott
