Pecole Posted August 24, 2017 Share #1  Posted August 24, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) The interesting comments that came about my photos of part of a "giant ammonite", more that one hundred million years old, renovated my interest in fossils. We have in our garden four big stone monoliths, probably extracted from the foundations of the house when it was built some 50 years ago. On the surface of these monoliths, I noticed quite a lot of fossils, and we also discovered others when planting trees. Here are images. The two first ones are of underground finds and are small : the "caracol" is 3 cm in diameter, the second one 5 cm long.   Welcome, dear visitor!
